Wetherby's Fashion

So today im writing about Wetherby's fashion! Reza and I went to a fashion show of theirs not to long ago and loved it! They have a different freebie everyday and to tempt you more they come with shoes! Sometimes even a matching handbag for just 20l. This time I remembered to take pictures of a few of my favorite freebies this month so, drumroll please, take a look for yourself ^^



This one is called Tweed Turtleneck and is more of a casual outfit.Comes with black open toe heels and the bag has a rose with the tweed material. Its a larger bag to hold all of your things.



Print Suplice is the perfect summer dress! Has a nice flower print and a black empire waist for a very sophisticated look! The shoes and bag also have red roses on them for a complete look!

wow i haven't blogged inna while! SO much to catch up on! First lets get some bad news outta the way. After finding him in an unapproprite place with someone other than yours truly I decided to break up with jaycob. It was alittle sad but i felt ... free. That an unusual word for post breakup since I never felt tied down to begin with. With all my new freedom I decided to do something I had always wanted to do but never did because Jayc wasn't into that stuff, I joinies a rp sim. The sim I joined is based on ine of my favorite animes, Bleach. Yes it was alittle weird at first what with carrying a precious life. I met some great friends there tho and the last thing I expected to do or find there was a new romance. In all honesty I wasn't looking to find someone else it just kind of happened. Lilithborn and I just hit it off and talked alot as friends and somewhere between those chats we grew to have a stronger attraction to each other until finally we both came to realize we weren't just friends anymore. Staking our claim on the other we decided to start going out. Even tho I was pregnant with someone else's kid he could look past it all and see me. After getting situated in my new community the day had finally come, April 14th the day Bethany was to be born. I was nervous the whole day and as I walked into the delivery room those nerves turned into fear. I knew I had lots or support in the waiting room (including Lil and others from my rp sim) and in the delivery room including Jayc, my sl sis Reza and my sl mom Blythe. I used a birthing ball until I was dialated enough to deliver. More scared I delivered a 7.5 lbs healthy baby girl. In the recovery room,surrounded by friends and family I finally met my little girl. Even tho I didn't wanna let her go I allowed others to hold her. When mostly everyone was gone Bly was gonna help me take her home when Bethany started to make this sneeze-cough sound. After feeding, burpin, playin and everything else I could do I started to panic. Apparently when your baby is sick you basically have to wait until they're health stats are low enough before you can administer the medicene. At the time though I didn't know that so I helplessly listened to cry until finally I could give her medicine. I could tell you that I literally cried because I felt so hopless. When Bethany was finally better Bly helped me get her home and made sure we were both ok before finally leaving me alone with my newborn. I never know that babies were so intimidating even virtual ones! I learned tho and I am finally convinced Bethany is safe with me. Today were both doing great and I'm growing closer to Lil but still making sure to take things slow. We even have talked on the phone together. Recently he even admitted to falling in love with me! Bethany and I have sinced moved and I absolutely love living by the (Blake) Sea! I even play with Bethany right by the water which she seems to really like. Its amazing to watch her little personality grow! She has a great sense of humor and laughs and laughs when she "marks" you!  So all in all I'm having a great second life!

Relay For Life

so i recently found out that in second life you can participate in relay lid,which raises money for the american cancer society. When I was younger of went to a cancer center and saw ppl of all ags suffer fro cancer. During my childhood i lost two friend's to cancer, one who was only 4. So finding a cure for this awful disease is something that hits home for me. Ive heard of relay life but bc of my physics limitations I was never able to partake in the events . Now i finally can through second life. I have set up a team and am in the process of setting up fundraisers with disabled organations. Hopefully ill have a couple of fundraisers and will have to set another goal! (the current one is 100 USD) anyways im really excited about this ao if ud like to join my team or just donate to this cause in world or out lemme know!!

ive always wanted to hear the bad news first so here goes:

selene hasn't logged into sl for quite some time now so jayc finally convinced me to clear out her room but keep her stuff if she ever returns which I really hope she does. i hope everything is fine with her.

onto the good  ..

simce we have an empty room now we found a great way to fill it... with a nursery set! im (virtually) expecting! Its a girl who will be due in about a month from now. We already have a name picked out too! Bethany, after jayc childhood best friend who died at 17(she was disabled also). So like my sl mom said its a way for us to have something we both cant .i know its just in sl but im still excited!  we bogh are actually. so my avi has grown so to say and im spending alot of time lookin at baby stuff. sl has a bigger selection than i thought! because I wear the tummy talker (basically it emotes tells me if i need to eat or if im tired etc) i wont be able to wear flexi skirts for a month which is a large portion of my wardrobe but luckily theres lots of maternity clothes to choose from. but wait if you read on more exciting  news free! lol im such a dork

so jayc will soon be opening up bis own strip club! a friend's hubby is building it and pretty quick too! he decided on "Jaycob's angels" as the  name so im trying to replicate the charlies angels logo =) pickin  out textures and stuff . another exciting sl adventure!

i still feel the loss of selene she was more than just a rp daughter. she was really a friend. i like to think of her as maybe a good samaritan or something similar bc she helped us buy our fitst piece of land so maybe shes still out there disguised as a  child helping other ppl. be sur to check back for TONS of pics of baby stuff and the new club!

Three women and the gimp (probably only makes sense to me lo)

so early morning on the 5th jaycob and I eloped!! we weren't sure if we were gonna tell ppl at first but we decided wed still go on with the big production : ) we just wanted something private to ourselves, snce i let him do the last minute planning while I found a dress i wasn't really sure where we were lol ph there we are I found it, celestinas fairy tale weddings *i think) anyways it really beautiful and i took pics but saved em to sl =\ we know its not real but why not play house? weve been fighting a whole lot less and to be honest idk what brought it on but i love it! one thing that saddens us both greatly and we have no idea what to do about is our daughter selene. she hasn't logged on since 2/25 so we don't know wether to wait or move on... i really really really hopes she comes back even tho in sl shes 10 i know theres an adult behind that screen and I thought of her as a friend and what if she came back a month l8r and sees all her stuff gone and some other kid in her room? any advice would be helpfuo

on a brighter topic my friend Reza Laville has been showing me the hottest designers in sl so i can get an idea of whats hot in sl and maybe get inspired with an idea I my own design. she also has willing agreed to be my model when the time comes to start selling :D she is truly a great friend and i gkad i literally bumped into her at a freebie shop one day. so with that said i have a few ideas for some shiry+ts im playing around with and im open to suggestions :) want something but don't see it in sl? drop me a line and ill try to help you out :) also really needing some help on the seams part for jeans 0.0 i actually found a gimp 10 wk course in sl... for 7k =/ yeah not in my budget I rather keep my hose lol

so ive been taking building classes at happy hipsters. if ur a beginner I highly recommend this place. well on our land theres this deep trench with water that I ALWAYS fall in to. so i thought we needed a bridge to cross instead of flying over it or worse falling in and climbing your way back out. so yesterday I went looking at bridges and found some that I like but i figured itd be a good leanering experience to try and build one myself. So i set out to find a texture I wanted for it and so far I cant seem to find any wrought iron textures. i mean some of my fellow happy hipsters gave me bridges and soe texrures for wrought iron gates and femces. So do i make my own texture or just use black? any tips are greatly appreciated!

a different kind of gimp problem

ok so just to be clear im talking about computer program gimp and not the slang word for us disabled folks XD so anyways ive been taking EZI build classes on sl, really great beginning building classes that you can pace yourself and NO ONE is watching so you don't feel like a huge dork when you mess up. anyways so i heard about gimp, "the poor mans photoshop", so since I don't have adobe illustrator cs2 on this lappy yet so gimp seems like a good idea. for the time being. so i found a tutorial for a sl shirt, which would have been easy if the tutorial would have been the latest version of gimp. so ive been searching like crazy for 2.6 tuts and just kinda wingin the older ones I find. so if any1 knows of some 1.6 tuts id greatly appreciate it! oh and how the HELL do you get layouts on your page other than the ones LJ provides? im all about being unique so the standard ones just aren't working for me =p (sry foxeh, ur still cute! lol) ok more about my other gimp adventure're later and maybe a pic ; )

yesterday was not so great a day, more accurately last night. my best friend was seriously down and or hate seeing ppl so sad so i gave like an hr long pep talk praying it would help just a bit. and I was really suprised jayc totally understood that I couldn't give im my attention at that time which was a huge relief so anyways dave apparently smoked a blunt and was himself again, and while I don't condone his actions it was nice to hear him laughing again. hopefully when i txt him later he'll be doing better. also helps that today hes teaching which I know he loves doing. hes really good at it too and can understand his disabled students bc he has experience in that area. so anyways I was helping him and just had so much on my plate, like a fight with jayc over something really stupid, that all I wanted to do was turn everything off and let my ipod put me to sleep. after talkin on the phone to dave, my bff, i literally just passed out and told my nurses to leave me the hell alone lol oh so it was a longgg night to say the least but im really glad the storm finally passed. oh almost forgot i found this DIY photostudio yesterday and so decided to take a pic for you                                                           this was taken using the photosphere at *ANGE'S* FREE Photostudio

yesterday was a busy day in my second lif. first up was giving jaycob a well needed makeover i think i did a pretty good job if I do say so =) then i had 2 birthday parties, well technically 3. first was my boss' rez day which falls on her gfs real bday, weird coincidence huh? so anyways i headed over to calf creek saloon for someone coyote ugly styled bar dancing. next up nick/namav's bday bash. this one brought another sl first for me. my first particle show! i LOVED it! might make some of you dizzy tho. it just made me wanna go to a rave! ill def have to go see another one really soon. all 3 of these ppl are really really great so it was nice to celebrate w/them. after the particle show i had just enough time to get ready for the opening of a new club, Wicked Games. the owner is a fellow texan which is practically neighbors in sl. i loved the new dress i bought for the opening. any1 who likes a punk-ish casual look should def check out Canimal, my fave sl store. i was seriously wore out after that ! hopefully this was a prevew of whats to come in march. which reminds me that my rl little sister's bday is in a wk. i better jump on the ball lookin for a bday gift. she is not the easiest person to shop for unless just give her money lol anyways im gonna try to find a display pic since my boot-leggd movie of twilight (which clearly says not to remove from my room) has gone missing =/ ill have to get jams to burn mr yet another one.
